Intrusion Detection
The FoxGuard Network Intrusion Detection System (NIDS) is an added layer of security that quickly and passively detects network intrusion attempts. It monitors and analyzes traffic in and out of the network 24 x 7 x 365 using one or more NIDS sensors. The system logs any unusual events, such as unauthorized port and service activity, for immediate response or future reporting and forensic analysis. FoxGuard Intrusion Detection provides an in-depth view of the entire network, including protocols, applications, and potential vulnerabilities.
