DisPatch ProNet
The DisPatch ProNet plan is a five year security subscription for HMIs and other critical control devices. It enables best practices - such as systematic backups and regular distribution of operating system (OS), antivirus, and third-party software updates/patches - and facilitates regulatory compliance. It is a scalable, centralized management system that is deployed on the DisPatch Server and pushed to all supported devices on the network.
By performing backups and applying patches from a server instead of on each device, DisPatch ProNet simplifies deployment, streamlines updates, and increases consistency over the entire control system. It dramatically reduces the resources and man hours needed to maintain security and compliance.
Subscription Details
After purchasing the DisPatch Server, five year subscriptions are ordered per secured device on the network. The DisPatch ProNet plan comes with 9 x 5 phone support and includes:

DisPatch ProNet Binder (One 3-ring binder per site, annually)
The DisPatch ProNet Binder contains important information about the components of the system as well as user guides and storage sleeves for Update DVDs. For customers who choose the Compliance Documentation option, the DisPatch ProNet Binder also includes hard copies of this information.

Operating System Updates (One DVD per HMI, per update cycle)
Update kits contain a DVD with OS security patches that have been tested on a “like system” in a non-production validation lab.

Security Applications and Updates (One DVD per HMI, per update cycle)
DisPatch Servers are pre-loaded with two validated security software applications:

Antivirus
Each update kit includes a disk with new, validated antivirus definitions.

Host Intrusion Detection (HIDS)
The disk also provides tested HIDS signatures.

Centralized Backups
The backup utility minimizes downtime by recovering complete image backups in minutes. It supports manual, scheduled, and automated backups, improving IT productivity and ensuring quick and easy data recovery. A real-time dashboard overview of all configured and running operations highlights any processes requiring attention.

Onsite Deployment & Training
At the initial purchase of a DisPatch ProNet subscription, FoxGuard provides onsite setup, configuration, and training for the products included in the system. A typical installation takes two to four days.

Compliance Documentation
For customers that face specific regulations (e.g. NERC CIP, NEI 08-09, WIB), FoxGuard documents an explanation of each patch and update that is validated and distributed as well as its applicability to the control system. Third Party Product Validation and Updates
